Hara-Kiri Brasserie Sainte-Cru

Like a South Korean gangster with sideburns, Hara-Kiri is a rather unique mix of styles: a Belgian triple with Japanese hops, Sorachi Ace. A powerful and complex beer, with malty, spicy and slightly fruity aromas which are confirmed on tasting. The freshness of the attack on the palate is quickly broken down to give way to a warmer cereal and honeyed roundness. A subtle bitterness completes this surprising marriage.
