Description
Pale color, lime blossom nose, fruity and easy-drinking wine supported by a carbonic hint due to its aging on lees, the white Neuchâtel comes from the red fendant Chasselas.
This grape variety of oriental origin was brought back to our regions by the Crusaders.
It is a cheerful wine. A companion to the aperitif, it goes well with grilled fish or fish cooked in court bouillon as well as with seafood. Perfect with cheese, it happily enlivens the end of the evenings.
Consume as often as possible! Serving temperature: 10-12 ° C
