St-Feuillien Blonde
The color is golden and deep. The foam is fine and airy. The bouquet is very fragrant; we can clearly see the influence of aromatic hops, as well as the contribution of a fruity note (citrus), imparted by the use of spices. The body is marked by an intense but distinctive bitterness and a dominant maltiness expressed by its fullness on the palate. The finish, however, is dry and hoppy. All of these characteristics make it an excellent digestive beer.
